Job Objective:Under the technical guidance of the Institutional Capacity Development Specialist and supervision of the Regional Program Manager, the Institutional Capacity Development Officer will work with CSOs, LGAs and KVP in the implementation of the Sauti 5 year Sustainability and transitioning plan.
