Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the company’s recruitment and staffing.
Organizational departmental planning
Performance management and systems improvement.
Organization development
Overseeing orientation and on the job staff development and training
Policy development and documentation
Maintaining good employee relations
Company employee and community communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Employee services and counselling.
Ensuring the company complies with Employment and Labour Relations Act
Academic qualifications
Degree in Human resources or a related field
Work Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience across all HR discipline. Preferably in the manufacturing sector. Deep understanding of the local labour laws and employment practices.
