Responsibilities
Scheduling all jobs briefed (input) into the agency, link between creative, digital, strategy, client service, and production departments.
Project managing.
Ensuring timeouts and quality delivery (output) on each project.
Scheduling work, setting deadlines and assigning the resources for constant optimal innovative creative work.
Monitoring and chasing jobs progress.
Keeping the workflow flowing efficiently, all on time and on budget amongst other duties
Academic qualifications
Essential
Bachelors degree in Marketing ,Advertising or any other Business related field
Work experience & skills
Essential
4 years of Experience in Managing Traffic.
Highly focused, Organised and attention to detail
Have excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
